Ladies and Gentlemen!
We have some more detailed news to all backers who would be receiving their copies of Yedo Deluxe Master Set from Asia: VFI has received Yedo and sent it to local hubs. You can find the list of those hubs here or by clicking on the image below:
If you follow the link, you should arrive at a status page. It is a very long list of many different shipments, so we recommend using the "ctrl-f" functionality to find Yedo (or skipping to the letter Y in the selection tool of the list itself) to arrive at essentially the contents of the image above. From there, you can easily find local hubs, which will be handling your shipments. You can use these contacts to ask any questions you might have regarding the details of your shipments directly to the shippers (but we are also always happy to help!).

Ladies and Gentlemen!
This update pretty much continues the previous one - we have more news, and some of them are - unfortunately - not good. Let's start with the bad then:
US FULFILLMENT DELAYED
While US fulfillment has already started, it had to be halted for a few days. The warehouse of the fulfillment company is located in Oregon, and the region has been hit with wildfires, resulting in evacuations and delays.
Many US backers have already received tracking information in BackeKit. Some of these are parcels that were already shipped, and some are merely generated labels. This is due to the fact that shipping had to be stopped rather abruptly, and will remain hlated until the employees of our fulfillment partner can safely go back to everyday operations.
We are sorry for this delay - we will keep you posted when we know more.
EU FULFILLMENT TO START SOON
The Yedo containers will reach our warehouse on Monday, from which they will move to the fulfillment centre within a week. This means that the actual fulfillment should start in 14-20 days from now. Please note that any regions not covered specifically (USA, Canada, EU, Asia) will be shipped from Poland.
ASIA FULFILLMENT ONGOING
VFI has already sent those pledges that were to be handled directly and shipped Yedo to sub-partners handling specific smaller regions. Within the coming weeks, most Asian backers should receive their copies of Yedo.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Please note that when we have tracking information, we place i directly in your BackerKit. Thus, you can always log in to your account to see if your parcel has shipped and where it is located at the moment. Also, please remember that (with many shipping companies) a tracking number is generated before the actual parcel leaves their parcel. Finally, not all shipping systems are made equal, so it is entirely possible for a part of a parcel's journey not to be properly reflected in the tracking iformation.

Ladies and Gentlemen!
The time when shipping starts draws near, so we would like to update you on the expected shipping dates for the following regions:
USA: The Yedo shipment should be arriving within the next 24 hours. Unloading and processing will take a couple of days, which means that shipping should start next week.
EU: The games are now in customs. This means that they should arrive at our warehouse within the next two weeks. Shipping should start a few days later.
CANADA: Our fulfillment centre is expecting the Yedo shipment within the next few days. Shortly after, shipping should begin.

Yedo fulfillment update

Ladies & Gentlemen,
As Yedo (plus addons) boxes are getting closer to fulfillment centers, here is what we know about each region:
1. Europe + rest of the world: vessel name is CMA CGM ALEXANDER VON HUMBOLDT and can be tracked online. ETA port: 3-Sep
2. USA: vessel name is SM TIANJIN and can also be tracked. ETA port: 27-Aug
3. Canada: vessel name is GSL ELENI, can be tracked, and ETA port is 31-Aug.
4. SE and E Asia (China, Taiwan, HK, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam) + South Africa: Games have reached VFI and they'll start shipping to local hubs in about a week. As soon as we have tracking we'll upload to BackerKit.

Ladies and Gentlemen!
As the title suggests, we do have much to show you in this update. Before that, we have some important news, regarding final delivery of Yedo Deluxe Master Set.
Right now, your games are on the way to our fulfilment centres, where they will land in about four weeks. Soon afterwards, final delivery will begin. For most of you this means that you will be receiving your games throughout September. This means that your games will reach you a little over a month later than initially planned. We are sorry for this delay.
As a bit of a consolation, we would also like to present you with a few photos of final components. They come from the latest production sample.

The newest sample also includes the insert. As you can see from images below, almost every type of card has its own well – and those that you need to keep together are usually also used together. Regardless, setting up different game configurations, as well as game breakdown, should be a breeze.
