Ladies and Gentlemen!
We have finished work on updated materials for Yedo Deluxe Master Set. Below you will find the links to downloadable varsions of the updated rulebook, 7 cards that required updating and an errata sheet. The errata sheet provides corrections and explanations to the original rulebook the first print of Yedo Deluxe Master Set shipped with.
All files are downloadable from Dropbox. To dowload them, you can either save the file under the link, or open the pdf in your browser and download it from the new tab.

Updated Rulebook

Please rememember that every copy of the (Un)Pleasant Surprise expansion comes packed with all the materials below (the errata sheet and 7 updated cards).
Errata Sheet
Depending on the size of papaer you would like to use, there are two versions of the errata sheet available:

Please note that the A4 version of the errata sheet will not fit in the Yedo Deluxe Master Set box. You can print the letter size version on A4 paper, and then cut off the excess in order to make the sheet fit into the box without a problem. Both versions of this file are double-sided.

Depending on the size of paper you would like to use, we also have two versions of updated cards. Make sure to print in 100% size.

We provided fronts and backs for the cards. However, if you are using sleeves, you can simply print fronts and slide them inside the sleeve with the cards that need updating.

Quick hint: to have all sleeves you need for both Yedo Deluxe Master Set and the (Un)Pleasant Surprise expansion, you will need 4 packs of Percival sleeves and 4 packs of Bors sleeves. This is exactly the number of sleeves you woul receive with the sleeve add on.

Ladies and Gentlemen!
In the last update we informed you of a few dozen parcels that became delayed due to changing restrictions intriduced dynamically due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This time, we would like to inform you that all of those pledges have now been sent, and all tracking links have been uploaded to the pledge manager.
It is still possible that some of those (and other parcels) may take a bit longer to arrive, and - unfortunately - some of the tracking provided might be a bit unreliable. However, we are absolutely aware of the fact that a few other problems might appear, and we will do what we can to deal with every parcel that is returned to us or lost on its way.

Yedo returns to Kickstarter!

Ladies and Gentlemen!
The popularity of Yedo has gone way beyond our expectations. We had dozens of people asking for a chance to get a copy of Yedo Deluxe Master Set, even more asking if they can still get metal coins, wooden annexes and game mats, so we decided to comply. Yedo will return to Kickstarter on Monday, October 26th (to stay until Friday, Novemeber 6th).
Will you offer new Content?
The short answer is no. Yedo Deluxe Master Set Reprint campaign will feature exactly the game you have been receiving for the last few weeks. This includes all Stretch Goals unlocked during the original campaign, as well as the option to purchase all original add-ons, with the exception of the Paladin sleeves add-on. These will be available separately, in our annual Paladin Kickstarter (Season 5 launching in December).
Will you offer new add-ons?
We will offer one new add-on: a completetely separate game: Tawantinsuyu by Dávid Turczi. This 1-4 heavy Eurogame continues the acclaimed Board & Dice "T-line" with rich gameplay, innovative mechanisms and a robust solo mode. The first printing is launching now - and you can find out more about it (and even play the game online) by joining our Essen Spiel Digital Discord channel found here.
Can I pledge for just the add-ons?
Yes. There will be a shipping cost per pledge (same for any number of add-ons, including Tawantinsuyu). So, if you missed out on some of the goodies you would still like to get, this will be your best chance. Incidentally, this campaign will not come with an early bird offer. The annexes will thus be available only as a paid add-on.
What about the new rules?
We will deliver downloadable version of erratas and rules as a minimum. We are aware of certain issues in the rulebook, and we are fixing them now. You will be notified of any developments here. And already updated rulebook will become downloadable with the new campaign, but we are still waiting for more people to receive Yedo in order to make possible further updates, and look into solutions once we are certain that all problems have been recognized.

Ladies and Gentlemen!
Fulfillment is almost over - all but a few parcels have left our warehouse and are en route. Tracking should appear in your BackerKit accounts shortly. Please note that some tracking is acting somewhat erratically - and it is beyond our control. However, we are receiveing reports of these pledges reaching you, but we are monitoring the situation.
Unfortunately, about 50 parcels will be delayed a bit more. Some of them are on their way back to us, some are held at the border, and some are still in our warehouse. Due to changing restrictions connected to Covid-19, we will need some new solutions. We are working on them right now. These new shipping methods will require no action from those involved (and no extra payment of any sort). The parcels will - regrettably - be a bit more delayed.

EU fulfilment news!

Ladies and Gentlemen,
in the last update regarding shipping, we stated that actual fulfilment from Poland (so, shipping to EU countries, as well as regions not covered specifically by our shipping section of the main project) would start in 14-20 days. This means that we are now six days into the final stage of fulfilling your pledges.
We're sorry for not having updated you again but nothing that is going on here is out of the ordinary. Preparing and shipping parcels takes time, and it has only been a couple of days (six days, to be exact) since we started on preparing this final leg of Yedo's journey, and there are over a thousand of these to be prepared.
We have just been updated on the progress by our fulfilment partner, and we can expect all parcels to be sent by the end of the next week. This means that by that time your pledges should start on their way from the warehouse to your homes.
We will be providing you with tracking via BackerKit. Any parcel with a label already prepared and entered into the system will be also updated in BackerKit. Please log in regularly to see if your parcel has already shipped. Detailed info will be appearing in the shipping section of your pledge.
